As you bring the spoon up to your mouth, you catch a whiff of this delicious dessert, and you can’t resist but go back for more. This is a banana foster, and what makes this recent original creation unique is how we managed to use our original banana accord with the finest rum accord that we were able to synthesize. Banana liqueur is poured liberally over the vanilla ice cream and cooked bananas as the cinnamon spice enters the medley of sweetness in an eager and carefree manner.
