I Want To Be Invited But I Don't Want To Go

Some of us however, feel something else entirely. We experience JOMO, the Joy Of Missing Out. When we get that last minute text that says, "Hey, I'm sorry. I know we've been looking forward to this for a long time but I'm going to have to cancel :(" we sigh gratefully, put our sweatpants back on, and make a huge bowl of popcorn. It's a win-win! What a treat to be invited, but not actually having to go!
