Frankincense
Harvested from the ancient Boswellia trees of Oman, frankincense has been revered for centuries, its rich history woven into the fabric of trade, rituals, and perfumery. Known as the “tears of the tree,” the resin is carefully collected by hand, a tradition passed down through generations of Omani harvesters. When burned, it releases a warm, resinous aroma with balsamic undertones, evoking the mystique of desert landscapes and sacred ceremonies. Used by ancient civilizations for meditation, healing, and purification, frankincense continues to be prized for its calming and grounding properties. A timeless scent, it carries the whispers of the Silk Route, where it was once traded as a rare and precious commodity.
