Strawberry Cat Shortcake

OLFACTIVE NOTES: Top : Catnip, Pricky Ash Berries, Yuzu Heart : Strawberry, Biscuit, Cream Base : Sugar, Civet Accord, Amber STRAWBERRY CAT SHORTCAKE is a fruity gourmand with spicy and herbaceous touch to the opening. Catnip and Pricky Ash Berries gives the strawberry note a woody almoat tropical quality to the well known fruit. The yuzu added keeps the opening bright before it seattles into the richer gourmand notes of biscuit cream and sugar. The civet accord and amber gives a slightly animalic dry down that makes this strawberry gourmand feel darker and more complex. The composition is inspired by the time I went strawberry picking in tokyo. The farm had so many varieties of strawberries. Some tasted tutti fruity like candy, others tasted like strawberry wine with the tannic bitter qualities. Some even had nuances of cocoa and tea leaves. This strawberry scent combined the different strawberries I tastes that say combined with the catnip and civet combination that I love in scents.
