Drowning In Bleu Tux
When vanilla-dominant fragrances are spoken about, Ani is a household name that represents the genre better than most. An intoxicating and slightly powdery vanilla introduction is combined with luscious pink pepper and juicy black currant to synthesize an aroma that is beguiling and arresting. Natural ingredients like Turkish rose and ambergris add to the exotic appeal of the fragrance until a base of sandalwood and musk close out the scent while never stealing the spotlight from the vanilla note that makes us weak in the knees and inspires reverence. Combining our version of Ani with other fragrances was easier than expected when there is an olfactory overlap. With hits like Tuxedo by Yves Saint Laurent, the resinous base melds with the sweetness and amber dominance of Ani in an effortless manner. To brighten up the darkness (albeit sweet), we have added our version of the vintage eau de toilette concentration of Bleu de Chanel to the blend. The result is another successful “tribrid,” and this one is called Drowning in Bleu Tux!
